Is ProAI Builder live? Can I use it today?

ProAI Builder is in private beta. The product is real and running — the blueprint engine, voice assistant, and project management are all live — but we are intentionally onboarding a small group of Canadian residential builders before the public launch. Does ProAI Builder work with voice?

Yes. Every crew member can log daily reports, create punch list items, mark tasks complete, run RFIs, and update projects by voice — from the site, hands-free. Whisper speech-to-text runs on our own infrastructure so voice data does not get sold to any third party.

Who owns my data?

You do. ProAI Builder supports full export, import, and permanent delete at any time. Business customers can also run the whole stack against their own local AI through the Oakden.ca console if they prefer to keep everything on their own machines.

Does it work on mobile?

Yes. ProAI Builder is designed mobile-first. There are native iOS and Android builds for the field app, and the whole platform runs in any browser on any device. Voice, photos, and daily logs all work offline and sync when you reconnect.

Can I integrate my accounting software?

Pro and Business tiers include QuickBooks sync for invoices, expenses, and time tracking. More integrations are rolling out continuously — if you need something specific, email [email protected] and it goes straight to the build queue.
